Tasting- Douglas Hill
Name: Douglass Hill
Variety: Sauvignon Blanc
Year: 2014
Region: California
Country: USA
Price: $5.95
My Review: This was probably the most interesting, and my favorite of the wines that I tasted today. I thought this white had a sweet smell initially, and then the taste of vegetables. There were also subtle hints of fruity flavors in this semi-sweet wine.
Shop Review: "This light, crisp Sauvignon Blanc has aromas of grapefruit, bell pepper, and asparagus. on the palate, hints of floral and honey are revealed to yield a well-balanced, refreshing wine.
This wine was tasted with no food.
