Tasting- Chateau Morrisette Viognier
Name: Chateau Morrisette
Variety: Viognier
Region: Virginia
Year: 2015
Country: USA
Price: $33.99
My Review: This white wine smelled like fruits and a touch of honeysuckle and herbs. The taste was rich, fruity, and bitter especially in the after-taste. Although this wine was not bad, I did not prefer the tartness in the aftertaste.
Winery Review: "Our 2015 Viognier offers melon and apricot on the nose which is complimented by a rich palate reminiscent of honeysuckle and peaches. Best served between 50-55º F." (From thedogs.com)
